Turning Purpose Into Progress: Jazz’s 2025 Corporate Sustainability and Social Impact Report

Neena Patil, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

At Jazz, our purpose is clear: to innovate to transform the lives of patients and their families. That purpose guides how we operate, how we invest, and how we measure progress.

Our 2025 Corporate Sustainability and Social Impact Report reflects the work underway across Jazz to deliver impact for patients, enhance capabilities and develop our people, strengthen our communities, and manage our business sustainably and with integrity.

For me, CSSI is about enabling business performance. Our focus across these four pillars ensures we deliver impact while operating a resilient and responsible business. It helps us listen more closely, build trust with key stakeholders and create long-term value.

In 2025, that work showed up in meaningful ways.

  • Jazz teams led more than 1,900 patient and caregiver engagements, a more than 110% increase over 2024. These conversations informed clinical trial design, patient-facing materials, and business decisions. They are a reminder that patient insight is not a step in our process. It is central to how we work.
  • We strengthened scientific, clinical, and commercial leadership and deepened rare oncology capabilities through the Chimerix acquisition, reflecting our commitment to advancing rare disease by building organizational expertise.
  • Our communities remained a core part of our impact. In 2025, Jazz directed $4.5 million in corporate giving across 77 organizations aligned with our mission and values, supporting rare disease communities and other communities Jazz serves. Employee volunteering also grew, reflecting the commitment of Jazz colleagues who give their time, skills, and energy to causes that matter.
  • We made important progress on environmental responsibility as well. Jazz established a target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 35% by 2030 from a 2025 baseline. By year-end, all three internal manufacturing sites and one corporate office were operating on 100% renewable electricity.
  • Strong governance underpins this work. It gives us the accountability, discipline, and transparency required to operate responsibly and deliver on our commitments.

Our 2025 CSSI Report captures progress, but it also reflects momentum. We know there is more work ahead of us. We will continue engaging patients, investing in our people, supporting communities, operating responsibly, and advancing innovation that can transform lives.
